This is a good day rejoice and be glad.  I know it is hard to get up and get going when your world has been shattered by evil and hate but don' t give up.  There is always hope for a new day and a new beginning whatever has happened in your life.  You are loved and you are important to someone you may not even know; but you are.  God  bless you and rest and peace.
