Good evening it is Saturday May 14, 2016.  I want to talk about healing in spite of the obstacles put in your path.  There are many ways to start the healing process.  Hopefully you are talking with someone to get through the feelings you are experiencing  (professional  or not). There are many ways to start your body and mind healing. Yoga, walking, exercise, ride bikes, reading, hobbies, painting, writing and the list goes on.  The important thing is taking that first step.  It doesnt have to be a big step, it can be something as little as sitting on your porch or going to the mail box.   It gets easier after you make that choice; to dare to take that first step toward healing.   You are loved and you do matter.  You are loved.  Peace
