Good evening I hope your Friday was the finish of a good week.  Today I want to talk about being lonely.  You can be lonely in a room full of people or by yourself.  Yes it is weird but true.  If you are lonely I recommend that you find something to fill your time.  Some examples are; call a friend to meet for coffee, read a book, go to a show or out to eat.  Go to the gym or take a walk in a park or in your neighborhood.  If you are lonely and in room of people try talking to someone close to you.  Even a smile can  break the ice.  The key is to be comfortable with yourself first.  When I drove I would not have the radio on so I could concentrate on driving .  I got used to myself and my thoughts.  I got used to being with just myself.  At times I would pray.  There is a peace in solitude and you can think clearly without distractions from others.  Thats a good time to make decisions or jot down your thoughts then talk with your loved one about it.  If you are not comfortable alone then maybe there is a group you can go to like Toasters, a group that helps build confidence speaking skills.  You are loved.  Peace
