Good evening, today is Saturday April 30, 2016.  I hope you are doing well.  Because it is gray and cold outside
it is a good time to talk about depression.  It is easier on days like today to feel sadder, lonelier, fatigued, no motivation, or more alone.  It is important if you feel this way; to talk to someone close to you. They may make you feel better just by talking to them.  Rest if you can.  It is ok to take a break from life and treat yourself extra  special.  Ask someone over to visit and have a relaxing cup of tea.  You do not have to suffer in silence.  Do something that makes you feel better.  You are blessed and loved.  Peace
