Hi today is Saturday April 23, 2016.  I hope your day was splenid!  I want to talk about laughter today.  I seriously don't know how I would have made it through some trying times without laughter in my life.  When we can laugh at ourselves it begins a healing process fo within. You may not even realize it until you feel a little lighter like some weight is being lifted from yourself.  You will feel a peace come over you.  It took me a long time to get to that place.  After weeping and crying and getting angry the calm sets in and you feel like doing something.  For me at first I was drinking and doing drugs, partying so I would not have to deal with the pain.  After I got pregnant my life changed.  It was very hard when your heart has been ripped open and the hurt and pain is unbearable.  Especially for those of you that have had a loved one violently taken from you.  I started  staying home after work and watching movies on t.v. or go to a show, I volunteered at VFW and started  a new hobby.  I went to counseling for myself and it helped a lot.  What are you going to begin with?   Please start soon because life is too short to live unhappy. You are loved and blessed. Be at peace.
